Magic Sports is focused on five key areas that it determines essential for success. Upon careful study of the sport industry, Magic Sports firmly believes that the five areas of focus are critical to the future of sport.
Focus 1: Baseball – Offering the best possible baseball competition during the 12 weeks of summer. Magic Sports Founder Ron Nametko’s experience with tournament baseball led to the vision of the Magic Sports Complex & Resort project. Read all about it.
Focus 2: Women’s Sports Training and Tournaments/Leagues/Camps - Special focus on the training and competitive needs of female athletes in multiple sports.
Focus 3: Special Populations and Disabled Athletes – Development of services and competitions addressing the needs of special athletes, including venue design and accessibility in mind.
Focus 4: Training and Tournaments/Leagues/Camps – Multiple sport opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to compete and train in all types of athletic-related endeavors. Magic Sports will feature a membership-driven facility.
Focus 5: Sport Career Training - 6,000 square feet of classroom space is planned to be available for programming that will allow individuals to explore and prepare for careers in the sport industry, including radio and television studios for onsite exposure to this popular career option. Magic Sports will offer our state-of-the-art hotel as a training ground for local Hotel Management college students.

Medical Services: There are inherent risks in playing sports. When injuries occur, Magic Sports wants to be able to respond quickly and effectively. For this reason, Magic Sports plans to have its own medical care facility on site. Third parties who will be leasing space in the facility will be able to provide a number of services to athletes participating at Magic Sports, and the community at large.Medical Services being considered for Magic Sports venues include:
